·         8.00-9.30        Hatha Mindful Yoga

·         10.00-13.00    Private consults, holistic healing or holistic massage

·         13.00-14.00    Lunch

·         14.00-17.00    Free time (relax, private consults, outdoor activities) 

·         17.00-19.00    Private excursions (Sunset boattrip, Full moon jeepsafari,
                              Guided nature walk)

·         19.00-20.30    Dinner and evening surprises (stargazing, campfire)






Personal approach
We work in small groups (max. 14 participants) to guarantee the quality of the program and to optimize the support for each individual in this retreat to their personal needs. The morning meditation and yoga is followed by everybody to support your healing & wellbeing. The rest of the program is free to join whatever he/she feels is important for him or her in that moment.
